Prerequisites

To connect Firehydrant to DX, you need:

  • an API key

Setup instructions

Follow the steps below to connect Firehydrant to DX.

Step 1

Log in to Firehydrant and navigate to Settings > API keys

Step 2

Create a new API key—there are no fine-grained permissions.

Step 3

  1. Navigate to the connector setup form in DX.

  2. Enter the credentials you have generated in the previous steps—refer to the information below for errors and troubleshooting.

Description

invalid_credentials

Your API credentials entered are not valid.

invalid_permissions

Your API token does not have the permissions required by DX.

no_resources

Your service account does not have access to any data.
