Introduction
To enable the Asana connector, you need to create a service account that has the necessary permissions to view the data you want to import into DX.
Steps to connect
Step 1
Create an Asana service account to be used for DX – the service account must have access to the projects that you want to import.
Step 2
Navigate to my apps in Asana, click on [+ Create new token] and give the token a name, for example "DX" .
Step 3
Navigate to the Data Cloud > Connections screen within DX, then add a connection using the token generated in the previous step.
Errors
This table lists error codes that you may encounter when adding a connection in DX.
Error | Description |
| Your API credentials entered are not valid. |
| Your API token does not have the permissions required by DX. |
| Your service account does not have access to any projects or repositories. |
