To enable the IncidentIO connector, you need an API key. You will also need to identify the ID of the custom field that holds service names from your Incident.io Catalog.

Log in to IncidentIO and navigate to Settings &gt; API keys

Create a new API key with the permissions:

View data, like public incidents and organization settings

- View data, like public incidents and organization settings
- View catalog types and entries

If you have a service catalog in IncidentIO, find the ID of the Custom Field that is <a href="https://help.incident.io/en/articles/8061971-using-the-catalog" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">linked to your Catalog data</a> so that this can be entered in DX to associate incidents with services.

Navigate to the Data Cloud &gt; Connections screen within DX, then add a connection using your credentials generated in the previous steps.
