Introduction
To enable the Opsgenie connector, you need a service account and an API token.
Steps to connect
Step 1
Create an Opsgenie service account with global admin status that will be used for the DX Data Cloud connection.
Step 2
Login to the Opsgenie account created in the previous step, then navigate to Settings > API key management. Click 'Add new API Key' and generate a new key with rights to both Read and Configuration access.
Step 3
Navigate to the Data Cloud > Connections screen within DX, then add a connection using your credentials generated in the previous steps.
Errors
This table lists error codes that you may encounter when adding a connection in DX.
