Prerequisites
To connect Opsgenie to DX, you need:
an Opsgenie service account
an API token
Setup instructions
Follow the steps below to connect Opsgenie to DX.
Step 1
Create an Opsgenie service account with global admin status that will be used for the DX Data Cloud connection.
Step 2
Login to the Opsgenie account created in the previous step.
Navigate to Settings > API key management, then click 'Add new API Key' and generate a new key with rights to both Read and Configuration access.
Step 3
Navigate to the new connection form in DX.
Enter the credentials you have generated in the previous steps—refer to the information below for errors and troubleshooting.
