DX allows management of user roles using SCIM. The list of supported identity providers can be found here.
The following DX roles can be managed using SCIM:
Admin
Data Cloud Admin
Interviewer
When SCIM is enabled, you cannot manually grant or revoke roles through the DX dashboard.
Enabling SCIM role management
Step 1
Contact your DX account representative to enable directory sync.
Step 2
Once DX has enabled Directory Sync, go to the Administration section of DX and browse to the Directory Sync tab that will now appear.
Step 3
Proceed using the WorkOS portal to connect your directory provider and select the groups to integrate with DX. Upon successful integration you should see the groups you've provisioned.
Step 4
Select the ellipsis menu on a given role you want to assign, you will be able to select for a given group what roles they will have assigned to them.
